FAQ
Measurements seem inaccurate
Check lighting, keep the phone steady, and place the device on a clear, flat
surface. Camera-based and sensor-based results can vary depending on environment and
device condition.
AR Distance or AR Alignment is unavailable
AR tools require a compatible device, camera permission, and access to Pro
features. If AR still does not load, try restarting the app and testing in a bright
environment with visible surfaces.
How do I restore purchases?
Open the app, go to Settings, and use the restore purchase option. If the purchase
is still missing, email support with your App Store account region and device model.
History or saved records are missing
Saved records are stored locally on the device. If data was removed by reinstalling
the app, clearing app data, or switching devices, previous local records may not be
recoverable.
